My approach is infused with the warmth of self-compassion, connection, and a strong sense of community. As an Occupational Therapist, I guide you towards discovering activities that bring both meaning and pleasure into your life. Together, we embark on a therapeutic journey that not only fosters engagement but also enhances the joy you find in your daily experiences. Drawing from my own transformative experiences with Occupational Therapy and psychotherapy, it is truly an honor for me to walk alongside you on this path of healing.
My goal is to support you in integrating inner child wounds, transforming trauma, and reshaping relational patterns. Through this process, you can reconnect with the genuine love that resides within you and has been there all along. I create a compassionate space for you, where we explore and navigate the intricacies of your healing journey. Together, we unravel the layers of inner wounds, working towards a profound transformation fostering a connection with your body's wisdom. I am here to teach you the art of fully listening to your body, identifying and addressing any blockages. With loving presence and powerful tools of embodiment, we work towards integration, allowing you to rediscover the essence of true love within yourself. It is my sincere commitment to guide you towards a place of healing and self-discovery, where you can embrace life with renewed joy and fulfillment.

A Bit About Me
When I am not at work, I am enjoying time at home with my favourite companion Mrs. Purrrkins (my cat). You can find me reading one of the many books on my shelf or simply embracing the stillness of my sanctuary which I have proudly filled with a multitude of plants, rock salt lamps, crystals, and scented candles. Nothing warms my heart and soothes my soul like engaging in ecstatic dance, a gentle yin yoga class with a sound bath, or singing the best of 90's jams at karaoke. I love to travel and discover new places and embrace new cuisines from all over. My friends describe me as "the busiest woman on earth" because I also love participating in clinical trainings and professional development, often enrolling in several at a time. This year I am calling in more clarity, embodiment as a feminine being, manifesting more abundance in my life, and continuing being grateful for all the blessings that I experience.
